Mohamed Ahmed, Ph.D.

Founder and Principal Consultant

Mohamed Ahmed, Ph.D. is an executive leader, strategist, and advisor with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, build partnerships, and create meaningful impact.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ahmed has worked across higher education, government, nonprofit, healthcare, and community sectors, leading initiatives focused on organizational development, strategic planning, leadership advancement, stakeholder engagement, resource development, institutional growth, and organizational

effectiveness.

His work has centered on helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into practical strategies that produce measurable results.

In addition to his leadership experience in the United States, Dr. Ahmed has worked with national and international organizations, global institutions, humanitarian partners, and community leaders to strengthen collaboration, expand opportunity, and address

complex organizational and societal challenges.

These experiences have given him a broad perspective on leadership, change management, partnership development, and

the importance of building solutions that are both strategic and sustainable.

As Founder and Principal Consultant of Monarch Alliance Group, Dr. Ahmed brings together his experience as an executive leader, educator, advisor, and community builder to help organizations advance their mission and achieve their goals. His approach is grounded in collaboration, trust, and a commitment to delivering practical

solutions that strengthen institutions and create lasting impact.

Dr. Ahmed holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership, a Master's degree in Postsecondary Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor's degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution. He is passionate about helping organizations develop strong leaders, build meaningful partnerships, and create opportunities that benefit the

communities they serve.
